Allow for multiple contacts in a single widget

Some devices don't allow for more than one instances of the same widget, so DCW is not very useful in those cases. It would be nice to have a widget holding any number of contacts the user could scroll through.
Ideally, there would be an horizontal widget and a vertical one, and allow for 1x1 and 2x2 pictures.
