"Controllability of the Fisher-Stefan system"

For reproducibility purposes, this repository contains the code used in the examples described in the "Numerical experiments" section of the manuscript "Controllability of the Fisher-Stefan system", (2025), by Idriss Boutaayamou, Fouad Et-tahri, Lahcen Maniar and Francisco Periago[^1].

Requirements and instructions

The only librairies you need to run the codes are: tensorflow, numpy, matplotlib

1. Clone the present project in the folder of your choice:

git clone https://github.com/fperiago/fisher_stefan_control.git

2. Run any of the scripts by:

python3 scripts/script_name.py``
