Update the _wait_ user inputs to command line inputs

Currently the wait input is commented out to allow the script to run automatically in a Docker container. The lines that require updating are 1806-1813.

Updated the current wait statement user input to command line inputs with the following functionality:

1. Name the output .img file
2. Compress the .img into a zip file
3. Name the zip file

Ideally we maintain compatibility with the current interface when we clean this up. That way we can merge our changes upstream with the original repo
