Update or fix the following item on the Microphone Array 0P1:

• Change P1 to keyed 100 mil pitch connector - Match Altera JTAG Pinout
• Add PCB Cutout Moat around the BME280
• Add 100k pull-down resistors to microphone serial data lines
• Add EEPROM to I2C Bus for serialization
