not compilable for hxcpp

I am using thx.promise 0.7.0 + thx.core 0.43.0 and try to compile using hxcpp with msvc toolchain.
The compiler get stuck forever when compiling Validation_Impl_.cpp.

If I switch to use thx.core 0.42.0 it works.

So, there is some change from 0.42.0 to 0.43.0 that results in that. Not sure what it is
