teensy41 build fails

Building teensy41 with fprime v4.0.0 is failing to build. It appears arduino is trying to link in all libraries defined in the system -- not just that are used. That causes addresses to be larger than what the linker can handle.

Commenting out the SD library in OS fixed the issue.
