Inconsistent failure of MicroFsFileTest case FunctionalIO.RandomizedTesting in CI

MicroFsFileTest does not always pass:

If you have another failure, could you also post the seed for your failed run? The seed will allow me to reproduce the error on my side. For this particular unit test, you can find the seed here fprime-baremetal/Os/Baremetal/seed-history. The seed should be the last entry in that file.

Should be fixed in this PR #24. Feel free to open this issue if you see the same error occur again.

Today I was able to reproduce the issue. Still tracking down the cause of it. Just letting you know.
