Error: --skip-comments: command not found

Thank you for putting together this library. Very useful!

I noticed the following setting REMOVE_DUPLICATES to true:

• The output when running the backup contains:

 WARNING: disabling comments in backup to remove deuplicate backups. Automatic database name detection won't work so set MYSQL_DATABASE on restore
 /backup.sh: line 36: --skip-comments: command not found

• Not sure if the deduplication works - it seems to continue creating new backups even if no changes to the DB were made (and not remove them). This is the output received:
