Dear Dr. Aguet,
I am a graduate student studying CME in 3D using LLSM, and have been greatly influenced by your work. Currently, I am attempting to carry over your implementation of spot detection in buffer frames into Python. Could you please provide the source code for fitGaussian3D, in a format which would enable this? I am unable to load over the .mexa/mexw files, and the source code would allow me to translate it into Python. Thank you so much.
