Help with script

Hi,
I'm quite new to scripts, and i can't figure out the correct string, for interpretting a modbus tcp value to a text.

Example:
(Tagname) DER1State-Register 411019-type UInt16-Value=4

The state can be 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 indicating;

1: Running without restrictions
2: Running with restrictions
3: Standby
4: Unavailable (Faulty or under maintenance)
5: Comminication failure

Is it possible to present the text in the UI somehow?

Take a choise button, in property bind tag, add states with plus sign in right corner. then make it read only.

Well, while it works, i can't figure out to change the text color to match rest.
