Update tags via Import connection?

I had a device called PLC with tags in it, I exported it, edited it with a bunch of new tags, and imported it. It created another device with same name. Is there a way to do an update?

@unocelli Thanks, I figured out the issue, 2 devices having the same name caused an error. An Update checkbox would be nice, otherwise the solution is just to go in and delete the old device, but then the individual items on the screens aren't working because they have different internal tag id's.
