Help in Design Logic

I want to design a system in fuxa.
Can you help me out?

I will have a main screen which will have 9 buttons on bottom of screen. When the app will open, the first button will be default clicked. Now, whenever i click any of the button, i will have 3 buttons on its side(different for each bottom button click) So the home page will look like this. '1' is clicked and it has 3 sub buttons '1A','1B','1C' - Out of which first is clicked by default. This will show some screen/content in the center. Each side button will have different content to show. And each below button will have diff side buttons..so diff screens altogether. So consider you might have 27 screen altogether(9 bottom buttons and 3 sub buttons for each). Now the question is - How do i plan the design overall. What all views will i need to create. Will i need to use the OpenTab/Open page/Open dialog/Open iframe, etc. and how?. Suggest the most efficient way in terms of speed and performance.
