Zooming with buttons in flow needs to zoom in the middle

When zooming in the flow, the flow now zooms in the top left of the flow

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to flow
2. Click on zoomIn or zoomOut
3. See error

**Expected behavior**
Zoom in the middle of the page
