Confirm button does not use material design guidelines

Confirm button should have 16dp right padding according to https://material.io/guidelines/components/dialogs.html#dialogs-specs

In FullScreenDialog if no options button is used, confirm button looks like has 0dp right padding. It is too close to right edge.

Affirmative action text padding on the left and right: 16dp
