Currently, I am working on the application of VNS to solve a doctor roster scheduling problem, I took a look at your code to try to implement a similar solution to mine, however I would like to use your data to run your code and fully understand it (for example string test_set_directory = "C:/Users/Jan/Dropbox/Bachelorarbeit/Programm/Testdaten/cap")
I will really appreciate if you can help me
