Call button for Contacts in a deal

Hi Team,

The call button on the deal page always calls the primary contact set for a deal which is expected. However i am unable to find any call buttons to place call to other contacts in the deal.

Workarounds -

1. Go to contact page and generate call. There are chances of error here as team members may place call to wrong contact.
2. Use Set Primary Contact option to change primary contact and place call every time.

An option to place call to the contact of choice right from the deal page will be a great experience to have.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue and had a couple of clarification questions so I can approach it correctly:

1. On the Deal page, should the UI display a list of all linked contacts with an individual call button for each?
2. Is there an existing Frappe/CRM pattern or UI component that should be reused for this (for example, the call button used on the Contact page)?
3. Should the call action simply trigger the same logic used for calling the primary contact, but with a selected contact’s phone number?

Once I have these details, I can proceed with a proposal for the UI and implementation.
