Merging Duplicate leads

There should be a flow 

1) To identify duplicate leads via email ID and phone number 
2) After identification, option to merge duplicate leads ( while merging the data of other leads should get updated on the lead where it is getting merged) It should show an option to merge from lead 1 to lead 2 and Email, contact, source etc to be updated on lead 2.
