Email notification hyperlink directs to Desk UI instead to Frappe CRM UI

Current Issue
Email notifications within Frappe CRM contain hardcoded content and hyperlinks that direct users to the Desk UI. (PFA below screenshot)

This setup is not suitable for some of our customers who restrict desk access for certain employees, such as sales executives. The hyperlink should rather redirect to Frappe CRM UI
Moreover, users who do have access to Desk UI get confused.

Proposed Enhancements:

1. Customisable Email Templates: Enable customisation of email content and hyperlinks through templates.
2. [Quick solution] Change Hyperlink Destinations: Change URLs in email notifications to Frappe CRM UI (or perhaps make it configurable)

Please share your thoughts, @shariquerik, or let me know if there is an alternative. This is important for our customers.

This is not a small fix. Need to add feature in framework

@shariquerik this is major but it should be implemented for overall goals of frappe new apps.
