Missing script push_backup.py

1. This script (push_backup.py) is nowhere to be found.
   Where is it?
   Shouldn't it be included in this repo? Yes, it should.

2. Maybe there should be some guidance on how to restore, at least the steps until the "bench restore" documentation can take over.

I guess we could add the "healthcheck.sh" script (same page) to the missing scripts list.
That one even seems to have had special ping powers. "moo", replies apt.

For me, the entire file is difficult to understand, not just this one paragraph.
It’s quite confusing and unclear what it’s supposed to convey. The content should be better structured and more clearly explained.

For example, I don’t understand the purpose of the health check section. I get that it can be used to check whether services are healthy, but what is the actual intended use case?
Should this be implemented in the Docker Compose file? If so, why isn’t it included?
If it’s only meant for a manual health check, I’m not sure a dedicated script is really necessary, since you can inspect the service directly inside the container.

Overall, I would actually suggest restructuring the entire file. It should follow a clear, consistent format, for example:

Additional notes or explanation
