Documentation Discrepancy - Production Use

The documentation 'https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker/blob/main/docs/01-getting-started/01-choosing-a-deployment-method.md' says the PWD.YML file is for demo purposes.
However, various instructions reference it for production use. Example: "https://github.com/frappe/erpnext".

Can you please help to clarify the gap?

Hi @selcukbeyhan the relevant and correct documentation for this is always in frappe-docker (This Repo). The text in the frappe/erpnext repo is a little confusing because its written under the heading “Production Setup”. There are already issues and PRs addressing these problem.

To answer your question, no, pwd.yaml is not recommended for production setups, only for evaluating or testing the system.
