Currently, if the SCORM Chapter Video is closed or refreshed, the Student has to restart the whole chapter. This will be inconvenient for long SCORM courses.

SCORM packages use Data Model attribute cmi.suspend_data and/or cmi.core.lesson_location to track course progress. LMS should fetch the last cmi.suspend_data and set it while page is reloaded.
