Unknown column 'tabLMS Course.grant_certificate_after

Describe the bug
Created Course, Chapter, Lesson, Batch on LMS system
When creating New LMS Certificate Evaluation and clicking on "Course" field an exception is thrown.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create Course, chapter, lesson, batch
2. Create New LMS Certificate Evaluation
3. Exception thrown
4. Trace back of exception :
