Internal and external trainings (LMS)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to provide courses for the public, but I also would love to do internal trainings via LMS (like onboarding, product trainings, HR trainings, etc)

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love to see two different LMS modules or a capability to provide private trainings. One for the internal trainings (does not show on the website) and one for the public trainings which gets published on the website.
The internal trainings can only be accessed by the assigned users.
