Describe the bug

It is no longer possible to run tests only on selective parts of the codebase, like only the client or only the API with turbo updates using the commands listed in the Quick Reference.

Expected behavior

Should be able to run tests, lint, etc from the root (for a component with --filter) or within a component with turbo. This needs to be documented.

Yeah, that's right. With freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp#65542 the filtering should work again and I'll update the docs with some -F commands.
