docs: `__helpers` are now available to use in `--before-each--`

Describe the Issue

The comment under the #--before-each-- warns that __helpers are not available in --before-each-- sections in Challenges. That has been changed however as per freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp#60921 and __helpers can be used.

Go to above paqe and scroll to the --before-each-- section and look at the comments.

Recommended fix or suggestions

Change the documentation to reflect the current state of affairs.

Also the comment says // This code will run before each test execution. which seems to imply that #--before-each-- runs after user code and before each test. However, upon testing for myself, I found that #--before-each-- runs before the user code as well. Might want to change the text to make clear that behavio.
