latex won't display in docs like scikit learn

There is no way to render latex in devdocs now, is something like mathjax missing?

Which documentation requires LaTeX? Please share a link! MathJax is currently not included.

It was somewhere in Scikit-learn, I fail to remember the place, it's my fault. Anyway, latex is now working in resently added Pytorch docs, maybe latex in other docs can also be correctly displayed.

By the way, mouse left click on latex cause it flash back to raw latex, I don't know if it was intended.

@psi-cmd I think I found your example in some of the SVM documentation
@simon04 are we (the user) supposed to add or update something into it?
