In the forum there is a horizontal scroll in smaller screen. Responsiveness not working correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://forum.freecodecamp.org/'
2. Click on 'inpect'
3. Check on different size.
4. See error "you will see horizontal scroll"
