Sunset project if Kyua moves to an alternate file format?

This project exists largely to provide a C++ interface to Lua for Kyua to express its configuration file format.
As noted in this kyua issue, a lot has changed since Lutok's inception. It seems worthwhile to invest in alternative file formats as a vehicle for sunsetting Lutok.
