Description

I'm seeing a regression with pkg-2.7.5 against (the latest) portupgrade-2.4.16_4,2 as shown below:

--->  Uninstalling the old version
[Reading data from pkg(8) ... - 931 packages found - done]
--->  Deinstalling 'libpci-3.14.0'
--->  Preserving /usr/local/lib/libpci.so.3 as /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/libpci.so.3
Updating database digests format: 100%
Checking integrity... done (0 conflicting)
Deinstallation has been requested for the following 1 packages (of 0 packages in the universe):

Installed packages to be REMOVED:
        libpci: 3.14.0

Number of packages to be removed: 1
[1/1] Deinstalling libpci-3.14.0...
[1/1] Deleting files for libpci-3.14.0: 100%
[Reading data from pkg(8) ... - 931 packages found - done]
---> Installing the new version via the port
===>  Deinstalling for libpci
===>   Deinstalling libpci-3.14.0
No packages matched for pattern 'libpci'

Checking integrity... done (0 conflicting)
1 packages requested for removal: 0 locked, 1 missing
*** Error code 1

Reverting back to pkg-2.7.3 and now it says ===> libpci not installed, skipping and upgrade process continues as expected.
