Stuff we'll need to implement a guest presenter modal

Essentially a fancy contact us form.

• Modal opens when a link / button is pressed
• Form field "Subject" has placeholder text: "Presentation idea for freeCodeCamp Fresno"
• Form field "Message" is blank
• "Subject" and "Message" field content populate native mail client (at first, later we can have this form automagically emailed on submit without opening a mail client)
• Sends to freecodecampfresno@gmail.com.
• Protected from pesky bots with something like Recaptcha.
