Follow up to #82, which we're happy with. We should invert the symlinks now so that r4.2/r4.3 are the canonical folders and the f## are the compatibility symlinks.
This will need changes to securedrop-workstation CI to stick the RPMs in the correct folder since we won't create the f## ones for future releases.
