Add Workstation version number to Latest Release

Description

The LATEST RELEASE section of the website reports the current version of the SD Server. It currently looks like this:

To this we would like to add the latest release of the SD Workstation. It should include a link to the GitHub and Documentation of the Workstation. Ideally the version number would be updated automatically based on GitHub.

Also, the existing server release number should clarify that it is the version number of the SecureDrop Server.

This is also related to #1108. For both we need to expand the release handling system to manage multiple streams of software releases (SecureDrop and SecureDrop Workstation)

Also, reading #1108, since the securedrop-client and securedrop-workstation tags are released separately, we might want to include securedrop-client here too.

So, let's see if I understand what's required here. There are three "products" (for lack of a better term):

1. SecureDrop Server (which all currently existing releases have referred to implicitly)
2. SecureDrop Workstation
3. SecureDrop Client

And we want to:

1. Add a field on the Release snippet that specifies which product the release is for
2. Display the latest release for all three products on the home page (pictured in the issue description) and the sidebar for the blog, pictured below.

Does this encapsulate what we are going for with this issue?

Yep. Note that as a user-facing manner, the Client is being sunset in favor of the Inbox shortly, but in the backend it's the same Git repo ("securedrop-client") that's being used.

FWIW we had briefly discussed synchronizing the workstation + inbox release numbers and treating them as one "product" but that's on hold right now while John is out, so we currently have the 3.
