We are assigning based on some filters conversations automatically to specific users. As already mentioned here, the out-of-office isn't respected unfortunately

This leads to some problems during to longer absences of users such as vacation or illness, as other colleagues have to pick their auto assigned emails manually.
How can this be prevented?
