Integrity constraint violation on multiple receivers

Hello!

When I try to send an email from one freescout mailbox to two others (both in the "to" field), I get this error when fetching

Error: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'fs-a8c2bf3f706cf31af5f33e3e5c6443bc@xxxx.de' for key 'threads_message_id_index' (SQL: insert into `threads` (`conversation_id`, `user_id`, `type`, `status`, `state`, `message_id`, `headers`, `body`, `from`, `to`, `cc`, `bcc`, `source_via`, `source_type`, `customer_id`, `created_by_customer_id`, `created_at`, `updated_at`) values (

We can't reproduce the issue. Can you send a screenshot of how your are sending the email.

Ok, I have these 3 mailboxes.

Now I want to send an email from "Catch all" to "Test" and "Info"

Now if everything is sent or after I forced it with php artisan queue:work --queue=emails,default, I manually run the fetch process

We can't reproduce it. The $mailbox->id is different on this line, so generated Message ID can't be the same:

Sorry for re-opening this. I was trying to find the issue since a while now. I had some adjustments at the beginning so I thought its on me but now I was trying with the unedited fetchEmails (latest) version and I got the same issue. I noticed that it first appeard with the 1.8.218 release by adding this patch b0bf402
I added some verbose outputs

To me it looks like, when the extra stash is processed on the last receiving mailbox (line 172), it actually tries to create a duplicate since it was already processed in the first receiving mailbox.

Am I missing something here?

Add the following code after line 441 in https://github.com/freescout-help-desk/freescout/blob/dist/app/Console/Commands/FetchEmails.php#L441

$duplicate_message_id = Thread::where('message_id', $message_id)->first();

That worked without errors but now the email is not fetched by the info mailbox (" Message with such Message-ID has been fetched before" I guess?)

You are correct! Sorry for that I overlooked it somehow. So your fix seem to work!
