I have a question about data format. If an edge or a node is composed of multiple words, what should be used to concatenate them? A hyphen?

And if a node is composed of several word, the initial representation of the node is what?

By definition, no AMR node can take multiple words. There are ways to express multi-word entity in AMR graphs. If your graph has this situation, you could do average/sum over the embeddings of the words inside each node.
