Short links are currently broken

If I click share on a dashboard/panel and select shorten URL, then Grafana creates a link like this one for port 3000 and http instead of https
http://stats.darmstadt.freifunk.net:3000/goto/75C7vF-Ig?orgId=1

These short links don't work.
