Add filters to VLT/FORS2

Hi,

VLT/FORS2 is a spectrograph and imager. Could you add the following filters to the database: u_HIGH, b_HIGH, v_HIGH, g_HIGH, R_SPECIAL, I Bessel, z_GUNN.
