"Copper pad" part captures all mouse clicks

Even if you place a "copper pad" on the bottom layer, anything on the top layer can no longer be selected.

I think this issue is about different layers, while the other issues are about z-ordering within the same layer.

This is solved with 1.0.6.

This behavior was fixed:

• A simple click on the connector or the via will now select them
• Dragging (=moving mouse with button down) will create a wire, no change to previous behavior
• The selected part (any, also via or pad) will be moved if Ctrl is pressed. Ctrl will prevent a wire from getting created, so any part can now be dragged, also by grabbing at the connector surface.
• Moving with the arrow keys also works, as before (any selection can be moved)
