Rotation of a Resistor drops connection to breadboard

Current Behaviour

If a resistor (or other component) is rotated to fix the orientation it loses the connection to the breadboard object and has to be moved again.

Steps to reproduce:

• Rotate component in breadboard view

Expected Behaviour

The connectors should be reconnect after rotating a component as a movement does

There was quite a number of sub issues to fix this. Fritzing uses a timer to persist changes. Connecting a part triggers subnet recalculations, as well as the minimal graph for virtual wires, and some other things. All this is outside the undo history, therefore causing numerous race conditions (e.g. undo called before the part is fully settled into the sketch).

Sub-issues:

• Fix race if m_savedItems became invalid from an undo operation
• Use RotateCommand instead of QUndoCommand
• Support mergeWith for RotateCommand
• Support mergeWith for RotateFlipLabelCommand
• Show flip orientation or degrees in undo history
• Start suppport female connectors in pcb view.
• PartLabel now follows part rotation by mouse (only PCBView)
• Highlight connectors when hovering
