I think my RAD finally died

I've got a RAD that has honestly never been too stable but I was able to get it to work on one of my machines. I tried to use it today and with the RAD connected the C64 just stays in reset. I tried another RPi and reformatted the card then copied then exploded the RAD zip file back on it but still no luck. If I plug an HDMI cable into the RPi I see Circle 44.3 started message followed by Speedfactor is 3.57 and Found a valid version 3.0x SD card. I assume thats all normal and am guessing the RAD cart has some kind of failure on it?
