Clarification for distribution at cost

I am a retro enthusiast that collects, repairs, refurbishes and sells systems (specifically focusing on Commodores) for a profit. I believe in the ethical use and distribution of important replacement parts in the retro community and myself deliver back to the community through user groups, direct advice and on YouTube.

You have previously clarified to others that producing and reselling at cost is acceptable, but I wanted to confirm that both selling as an individual item at cost (production cost, shipping and applicable taxes) and selling as an add on item with free installation (at cost and without any labour charges or arbitrary product inflation) in a system that was sold for a profit are acceptable scenarios under your licensing approach?
