Question on the Chip At U6 on the BOM

I am wondering if i have placed the wrong ship in location U6 as i get nothing happening when holding the reset button no menu...
i used the On LCX07G

The Bom Calls for a 74LCX07

but an image of a build here clearly does not use that chip.

and if any of you lovely people may know a good source for the correct chip.

ok so i have spent more time on this and i feared some incompatible chips... so i tested with some variations.

so changed out the Lcx07 for the nexperia version and it the same...

Thinking it was another chip or chips changed more and all of them result in the same issue the led all light up and cycle the Screen is good and the logo is displayed but pressing the menu button nothing reset works fine and option i cant test without getting into the menu...

so the only thing im left with is bad PCBS... wondering if there is a quick way to test to confirm this on the unpopulated pcb itself?
