Fix Render/Preview stamps and update project creation workflow

- Ensure Render and Preview stamps launch correctly.
- Update the procedure for creating new projects:
  - Notes for pBookFolder, pManuscript, and pRevealjs prototypes must be
created before executing the stamp.
