Slow integration tests

There is only a small number of really slow (>10 seconds) unit tests, would be great if they could be tweaked a little bit:

Just being Mr Pedantic Head here :) but aren't these mostly integration tests, i.e. hitting disk or the network, which means they are likely to not be mega-fast and vastly different for each person? I still agree they should be as fast as possible. I'll have a look at a few anyway.

Appveyor now show in tab test the single test duration, so is easier to spot slow tests
