Complete integration tests

Make a full integration test on all the major shells:

• fish
• bash
• zsh

The integ tests should:

• install pearl
• install all modules
• assert on modules
• update all modules
  -remove all modules
• remove pearl

The missing task now is to create tests that check that every module works fine.
