receptor library size

I tried to get receptor library from uniprot, according to your paper’s instructions, then I found 4222 proteins without amino acid length filter. Even with amino acid length filter of <800 AAs, there are still 3371 proteins remain.
How can I reproduce your results?

Hi,
Uniprot is always changing, and in addition to the length criterion we excluded single-tm proteins. For full reproduction, I would recommend using the file provided in the repo
