Build script creates empty file

I just git-cloned the repo and ran make as suggested in the readme. I got an empty build/fastclick.min.js file.

I also tried to download already minified JS file linked in the readme, but the link takes you to 404 page: https://www.ft.com/__origami/service/build/v2/bundles/js?modules=fastclick
