To keep things small and clean, the scope of libjail-rs is kept as small as possible.

everything runtime-related:

Starting and Stopping Jails
Inspecting and manipulating volatile jail state:
- parameters
- resource limits
Networking interfaces to host
- Setting IP Addresses vor non-VNET jails
- VNET

Out of Scope

Everything filesystem-related
Networking outside of the jail
