Tests with certain declarations in the interface don't seem to be standard conforming

Based on https://mailman.j3-fortran.org/pipermail/j3/2025-April/015197.html and https://mailman.j3-fortran.org/pipermail/j3/2025-April/015198.html , the following tests don't seem to be conforming to Fortran standard:

COMMON in the interface block: 0169_0081 0169_0093 0169_0105 0169_0117 0169_0155 0503_0018 0503_0023 0503_0029 0783_0000

PARAMETER in the interface block: 0169_0087 0169_0110

(There may be more tests affected by this issue, these are just the tests I know about.)
