JumpTO/Search not working inside of forums

im using silverstripe 3.5.3.
Forum "Search" and "Jump to" working in main page of forum, but when im searching in inside forum pages it returns 404(Page not found), and "jump to" show nothing, im test it with master and version 0.9
(everything is fine in ss 3.4.0)

So this appears to be an issue with SilverStripe 3.5 and the forum module?

I am using silverstripe version 3.1.15 and I am also experiencing the same issue.
